Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
